Concert By Camelford Town Band

John Pearce, Friend of Camelford Town Band and Camelford Town Councillor, asked our Town Band to hold its weekly Friday rehearsal at the entrance to Enfield Park and entertain us all as part of our Charter programme.
This they did on 19 June, and we all had a very good evening.
Under their Musical Director, Ann Brown, the Town Band played for us for more than an hour, and was helped out by the first public playing by members of the Junior Band under the direction of Kathryn Tiplady.
It was a fine evening and we took picnics to enjoy during the playing, and it became a very sociable event.
